Japan
Japan, the place I have called `home` for the last three years and where even after this long I still see, hear, taste or experience something new every day I am here!
This is a place where every preconceived idea one might have about Japan is exactly true, and yet on the same day you will find the exact opposite! Extremes of modernism and ancient traditions sit, sometimes literally next door to each other. Conservatism and a remarkable openness walk hand in hand.
Japan is a place where the opportunities for travel and exploration of this dynamic and enigmatic land are truly endless; from temples and geisha houses to tattoo parties and 60s rock tribute bands, in Japan you can find, if you know where to look, just about everything.
Japan is also where I set my first book, the fictional novel Days To Go.
